Planning Information and Application Monitoring System (PIAMS)
A system developed for Kuala Terengganu City Council (MBKT) in 2007.
Introduction Of Our Project
The system developed for Kuala Terengganu City Council (MBKT) was completed in 2017 and is used to manage operations of the OSC Department, Planning Department, and Building Department. PIAMS is a work management system involving application movement from specific departments and individuals according to the hierarchy of a department.
The system is able to record activities and control work processes as specified.
The system includes some modules &functions:

OSC Department Module
- Change of Terms,Border Breakdown,Surrender and Repossessions, Planning Permission, Building Plans, Small Work Permits, Temporary Permit for Building / Restructuring

Planning Department Module
- CFO Application and Withdrawals, Submission of System Non-Compliance Report.

Building Department Module
- Site Plans, Advisory Services (KNP), Change of Terms, Planning Permission, Building Plan Reviews, Special Projects, Government Lands, Temporary Permits
