APPLICATION SYSTEM FOR AFFORDABLE HOUSES (E-HOUSING)
A system developed for Setiausaha Kerajaan (SUK) Negeri Terengganu in 2021.
Introduction Of Our Project
The system was developed for Setiausaha Kerajaan (SUK) Negeri Terengganu and published in 2021. The system serves as an application platform for affordable houses (RMM) and housing financing scheme (i-RAHMAN) specifically for eligible Terengganu residents. The i-RAHMAN application is open to first-time homebuyers who cannot meet the requirements specified by banks to apply for a loan. Terengganu Government introduces this initiative to ease the burden of its residents to buy their first home with interest-free. The system can assist the organization in managing and processing all the applications
The system is able to record activities and control work processes as specified.
The system includes some modules &functions:

Registration Module
- This module manages the account registration process for first timers.

- This module is used to manage and monitor the applications received, whether SMM or i-RAHMAN
