• WFMS has features to ease user to track down every file movements and status from start (registration) to finish (archived). Personal Information Manager module will list out all pending files for current user so s/he could take action base on priority and due date, thus could enhance delivery time and facilitate standard operating procedure implementation.

• WFMS also has Document Management module that could be used to manage multi-user documents such as MapInfo and AutoCAD files. This Document Management module could maintain document integrity and security. To collaborate on these files, Document Management module stores documents securely on the server, giving authorized users access to the most current version of each document. By assigning roles and granting permission, you can ensure secure access to all documents stored on the server.

• WFMS GIS module is used to display MapInfo Map layers. This is very helpful to visualized location of the land and area development. As a full web based application, this means you could process your customer application forms from the comfort of your home.
